Opening the large double door entry, you will feel immersed into another world. This 4 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa boasts over 2000 sq ft of vaulted ceilings, grand sliding glass doors, and tile flooring. Giving you and your guests the natural light and spectacular views you deserve on your much-needed Southwest Florida vacation. The boat lift is for owner use only. 

The master bedroom with king size bed and gorgeous en-suite will have you feeling at ease. Being its own spacious retreat, this Master Bedroom offers amazing natural lighting, streaming flat screen TV, and a stunning en-suite. This room also has large sliders with direct access to the pool and lanai. The en-suite is stunning with tile throughout offering a large vanity, a beautiful walk-in shower with rain head, & luxurious soaking tub.

Located at the front of the Villa, the first guest room is just as spacious as the master, with a queen-sized bed and large windows letting in tons of natural light. The second guest room has a queen sized size bed and the third guest bedroom holds two twin beds, one of them having a trundle. These 2 guest rooms feature flat screens with streaming capabilities. Decorated in whimsical colors with bright pops of color, these rooms are perfect for your family or friends to unwind after a long day. There is also a sleep sofa located in the living room allowing for extra guests!

Looking for more family time? Relax and enjoy cable on the large TV in the striking living room. With its large sliding doors, fireplace, beautiful pops of color, and ample seating the family is sure to relax comfortably. Strike up a friendly game of pool on the luxury pool table! Or use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet time, you could not imagine staying anywhere else for your well-deserved vacation.
