Property Care Specialist

We are actively searching for a motivated, reliable team player to join our Vacation Rental company as a Property Care Specialist. Your main role will involve upholding top-tier property standards for our guests and owners.
Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays.
  2. Check for any damages, wear and tear, or maintenance issues and document findings.
  3. Verify that all amenities and appliances are in working order.
  4. Communicate any maintenance or repair requirements to relevant parties.
  5. Ensure that the property is well-prepared for incoming guests, including cleanliness and functionality.
  6. Keep track of inventory such as furnishings, linens, and kitchen supplies, and report any missing or damaged items.
  7. Run daily reports.
  8. Communicate with the Owner Relations Manager.

Full Time - Starting at $20 per hour

Owner Relations Manager

Join our dynamic team as an Owner Relations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our home owners. We're seeking a reliable, team player individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and client management to ensure our owners feel valued, supported, and engaged. As the primary point of contact, you'll leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall satisfaction, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Owner Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from the owner portfolio, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
  2. Weekly Owner Check-In: Conduct regular check-ins with owners to provide updates, address any issues or concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
  3. Owner Portal Management: Assist owners with navigating the owner portal, facilitating owner reservations, and addressing any technical or procedural issues.
  4. Owner Statement Review: Review owner statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and address any questions or discrepancies that may arise.
  5. Listing Information Updates: Maintain up-to-date listing information, making necessary revisions or updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  6. Coordination with Inspectors: Collaborate with inspectors to facilitate unit inspections, address any maintenance or compliance issues, and resolve guest concerns effectively.
  7. Guest Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between owners and guests to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during their stay.
