Located in a prime Southeast Cape Coral neighborhood just 10 minutes from great restaurants and attractions like The Boat House Tiki Bar & Yacht Club Beach, and just 2 minutes to the river by boat - Sanctuary on Savona will have you wishing you’d planned a longer vacation! Looking to travel with your furry friend? This home is perfect for families of all ages, however the primary reservation holder must be 25.

Sanctuary on Savona

Dive into paradise with this magnificent villa featuring Custom Heated Pool, Spa, Ping Pong table, Kayaks, Private Beach and Direct Gulf Access! Sanctuary on Savona will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. This 4 bedroom – 3 bathroom villa boasts just under 1,800 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities for 8! This home is pet friendly for one small dog under 25Ibs with fee. 

Upon entry into this home, guests will be immersed in paradise! In the living room guests will find a large sectional to sit and relax on while they enjoy their favorite TV show or movie on the Smart TV. In the living room guests will also find a cabinet filled with a variety of entertainment like board games and books. Guests who love to cook will fall in love with this kitchen! This kitchen has everything including stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender, kitchen essentials and beautiful views of the pool!

In the master bedroom guests will find a comfortable queen size bed! This room also features direct pool access, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. In the other three bedrooms guests will find two more queen size beds and two twins as well as a flat screen TV in every room.

The true highlight of this home is the enclosed lanai! Out here guests will find a custom heated pool and spa! This pool is perfect for floating around, relaxing or even enjoying a glass of wine! Plenty of outdoor furniture gives guests tons of options for where to relax and soak up the Florida sun. For guests looking for extra fun this home includes an outdoor ping pong table and kayaks! Guests are encouraged to use the kayaks to explore the canal and search for Southwest Florida wildlife!
